And it's time to smile, to let go...to laugh out loud, and liberate all energy piled up inside, breath out the negative and breathe in the positive, and laugh...
A book by Milan Kundera comes to mind The Book of Laughter and Forgetting , which may not be completely related to the point of this blog post, but it touches on the main thing I'd like to highlight.
Laughter is a good medicine. Forget the bad times, learn a lesson, keep the essential facts, but forget the poison of the bad events, deal with the emotions, process and move on, let go...
And laugh...life is beautiful, you're free, you're the master of your time, your actions, the consequences, the choices.
Be honest, and while some people won't like that, remember that it's not the number of friends you have, but how true they are.
And in the end it's always loneliness, from birth to death.
Laugh...don't forget to laugh...
